About RE B.V.

We design professional business lectures, executive seminars, and learning programs that prioritise clarity, practical application, and respectful facilitation across the Netherlands.

Our Story

RE B.V. was established in 2021 to create structured, dependable educational opportunities for professionals who value clear thinking over hype. The founding team saw a recurring need in organisations: a common language for leadership, communication, and planning that teams could actually use on Monday morning. We built our programmes around concise learning objectives, plain‑English materials, and structured discussion — so participants leave with tools they can apply immediately.

From early pilot lectures to full‑day executive seminars, we have maintained one standard: publish the agenda, respect the timebox, and make outcomes explicit. Today our events run nationwide in online, in‑person, and hybrid formats, with invited specialists contributing perspective where it adds genuine value.

Mission and Educational Philosophy

Our mission is to provide accessible, practical, and professionally structured business education that supports lifelong learning. We design every session with a transparent learning taxonomy (from awareness to application), formative checkpoints, and time for questions. In academic terms: we reference Bloom’s taxonomy where helpful, use concise formative assessment prompts, and issue CPD‑style learning summaries upon request. In business terms: clear goals, focused delivery, measurable takeaways.

  • Practical: scenarios, role‑plays, and decision frameworks over theory alone.
  • Accessible: nationwide scheduling and online options where appropriate.
  • Structured: clear agendas, facilitation plans, and post‑session resources.
  • Responsible: educational purpose only — no professional advice, no guarantees.

How We Design Each Session

Every lecture and seminar follows a consistent build: learning objectives, brief pre‑reads, facilitation plan, and post‑session resources. We avoid overloaded decks and favour dialogue anchored by simple tools — for example, RACI for role clarity, decision trees for thresholds, and a one‑page retro for reflection. We publish timeboxes in advance and capture actions in a tidy follow‑up note so learning transfers to day‑to‑day work.

Operationally, we treat delivery like a production run: dry‑runs for new material, AV checks for hybrid setups, and contingency prompts if discussion stalls. Metrics are pragmatic — attendance, completion of small tasks, and short confidence deltas — not vanity. The effect is simple: participants leave with language and artefacts they can reuse.
